How to order Boerewors, Biltong, Droewors and Kassegriller. 

1. Purchase online for delivery
We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before midday on the same day. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch, although this is not a guaranteed service and delivery may occasionally take longer.
We ship nationally by Royal Mail; deliveries are free from £75.
Please note that Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays. 
If you are not going to be in, you must specify a secure location, or nominate a neighbour to receive your parcel

IMPORTANT! Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the courier can deliver to your address. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We cannot take responsibility for lost parcels as a result of incorrect or missing address information.
You can specify a secure place or nominate a neighbour via a tracking app. Any questions please call or email us. If the package cannot be delivered, the contents of the parcel will be destroyed.

We ship all our products chilled. Our products are not frozen before shipment. Our products are suitable for home freezing. We ship all orders in environmentally friendly, cooled and insulated packaging. Please refrigerate/freeze all products on arrival.

2. Purchase online for collection
You place your order online and select collection during the checkout process. You can collect any order Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm from Hassocks Wood, Stroudley Road in Basingstoke, RG23 8UQ.

3. Purchase from The Street Bakeshop in Old Basing.
