There are three ways to get hold of Boerie.

1. Online Order and DPD Delivery.

You place your order online for delivery. We try our best to ship every order placed by midday on the same day for next-day delivery. This means if you place your order at midday on Monday, you are going to receive it on Tuesday by DPD. In rare cases DPD may take longer to deliver your parcel.

Every order placed after 12noon on Friday will be shipped on Monday. 

Please note that DPD does not deliver on Bank Holidays. 

IMPORTANT! Please note that due to the nature of the products we ship, you must make sure that DPD can deliver to your house. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate and has sufficient information for the driver to find you. If you are not going to be in, you must specify a secure location, or nominate a neighbour to receive your parcel.

If the package cannot be delivered, the contents of the parcel will be destroyed.

2. Online Order for Collection from our production site in Basingstoke. 

You place your order online and select collection during the checkout process. You can collect any order Monday to Friday between 10am and 2.30pm from Hassocks Wood, Stroudley Road in Basingstoke, RG23 8UQ.

3. Come to our shop in Old Basing.

We stock all our Boerie products at our Bakery/Coffeeshop in Old Basing, The Street, RG24 7BW. You can find Boerewors, Biltong and Droewors in the fridge to the right.

National Shipping

We ship nationally; deliveries are free from £75.

Orders below £75 incur a packaging and delivery charge of £6.90. 

We use DPDLocal. We try hard to process all orders within 1-2 days. Sometimes we take longer to process your order. This is either due to low stock or unpredictable drying times for Biltong and Droewors. We don't speed up the drying process of our Biltong and Dreowors by heating them, because we think they taste better dried naturally. This means, depending on humidity levels at the time, the drying time varies and impacts how soon we can pack orders.

We ship all orders in environmentally friendly, cooled and insulated packaging. Please refrigerate/freeze all products on arrival.

Chilled vs Frozen Deliveries

We are moving all shipments from frozen to chilled. This means that your product is not frozen before shipment. It will reach you chilled within a couple of days from production and is ready to be frozen or refrigerated when you get it.
