Return/Exchange and Refund Policy

Please inspect your parcel and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or wrong so that we can make it right. You can reach us on 01256 333 561 or on chat@boerie.co.

Please call us within 2 days of receipt to make us aware of any issues with your delivery and to arrange a refund or exchange or products. Any refunds processed are made to your original payment method and will take approx 3-5 days to appear on your bank account statement.
