Our Biltong is sold medium dry and with some fat (this can vary).
We slice the Biltong to order and ship it on the same day. This means it reaches you fresh!
(Order by midday for next day delivery. We ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday are shipped on Monday. If you need your delivery on a specific day, please let us know.)

Authentic South African flavour and taste
I must say the sliced original beef biltong and chilli biltong was incredible. An authentic taste of South Africa. The chilli bites and droewors were also very good. I've not had a chance to fire up the braai yet to try the wors and cheese wors but sure it will be as good as the biltong. Will be ordering more very soon.
