Dried, South African Spiced Beef (£50/kg) Sliced, ready to eat.

Our Biltong is sold medium dry and with some fat (this can vary).

We slice the Biltong to order and ship it on the same day. This means it reaches you fresh!

(Order by midday for next day delivery. We ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday are shipped on Monday. If you need your delivery on a specific day, please let us know.)

Ingredients: Beef 180g per 100g of finished product, Seasoning Mix (Flavour Blend (Salt, Colourants, Celery, Sugar, Flavour Enhancer: E621, Palm Oil, Acidity Regulator: E330, Antioxidant: E319), Salt, Spice, Preservative: E202, Sugar), Wine Vinegar.

I’ve many vendors in my 30 years as an expat.

Some have been better than others. Boerie so far are my favourite. Let's hope they maintain their standards. I’ve found that sometimes the companies get too big for their own good & quality drops which is when I start looking around.

Too dry and order not according to request.

The first order of many that I didn't fully enjoy due to it being too dry. I specified medium but this wasn't past on by your lady. I raised it after order and just got a sorry nothing else...disappointed.
