We slice the Biltong to order and ship it on the same day. This means it reaches you fresh!
(Order by midday for next day delivery. We ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday are shipped on Monday. If you need your delivery on a specific day, please let us know.)
Too much fat in the grain of the meat. prefer lean meat with fat on the side. The taste is great 👌
