Dried, South African Spiced Beef (£50/kg) Sliced, ready to eat.

Our Biltong is sold medium dry and with some fat (this can vary).

We slice the Biltong to order and ship it on the same day. This means it reaches you fresh!

Ingredients: Beef 180g per 100g of Biltong, Seasoning (Flavour Blend (Salt, Colours (E150c, E172, Celery, Sugar, Flavour Enhancer: E621, Vegetable Fat, Acidity Regulator: E330, Antioxidant: E319), Salt, Spice, Preservative: E202, Sugar), Wine Vinegar

This product does not contain fillers and is Gluten Free.

The spices are processed in an environment that handles Celery, Cow’s Milk, Egg, Mustard, Soy and Wheat.

Very Nice

Was on the industrial estate for another company and popped in ad hoc. Wasn't sure what door to use as did not appear to be set up for visiting customers but was welcomed by a bright and cheery young lady who could not have been more helpful. Bought a packet of normal biltong which was just the right moisture content and I will definitely be popping back in when I am next on the industrial estate.

Very decent biltong. Well liked by everyone who attended our braai
