Product unsafe after late delivery.

Couldn’t try them as they were shipped on Thursday with two frozen bottles of water, but only received about 6pm on Saturday… warm bottles and product. Called and informed them, not even offered a replacement or any future discounts. Savannah… here I come.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. We understand how frustrating it is when an order doesn't arrive as expected.

We do send a confirmation email shortly after every order asking customers to check their delivery details and contact us if anything needs changing before dispatch. In this case, the order had already been dispatched to the address provided, which unfortunately meant we were unable to make any changes to the delivery.

We really do appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we're sorry that we weren't able to resolve this in the way you had hoped.
