Ingredients: Pork 48%, Beef 42%, Seasoning (Salt, Spices, Flavour Enhancer E621), Preservative (Sulphite E223) (Sulphur E220), Acidity Regulator (E330), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid E300) - Pork Casings

This product does not contain fillers and is Gluten Free.

Allergens: Sulphur dioxide and Sulphites.

The spices are processed in an environment that handles Celery, Cow’s Milk, Egg, Mustard, Soy and Wheat.

I thought it was just like being at home. Although I must say, eating Boerewors requires a fire, Cooking Boerewors requires a fire, a fire requires a crowd that agrees there’s nothing like a Boerewors smelling beard!

Good taste and texture

An amazing Boerwors

Oh my God what an amazingly tasty sausage, I cooked it in the frying pan as suggested. Sausage stayed as plump as I put it in the pan. Great taste as well, this is the best Boerwors I have ever tasted.

The Best

I have searched far and wide for the last 3 years for decent boerewors in the UK. This wasn't just the best I have had in the UK, it was one of the best I have had ever!! Will be buying monthly from now on.
