Our Biltong is sold medium dry and with some fat (this can vary).
We slice the Biltong to order and ship it on the same day. This means it reaches you fresh!
(Order by midday for next day delivery. We ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday are shipped on Monday. If you need your delivery on a specific day, please let us know.)
The products were delicious as always. However the switch to water bottles to keep the parcel cool was less successful and the products arrived cool but not cold.
