Boerewors Gorgonzola Pizza 

Pizza night gets a South African makeover! Top a classic pizza base with juicy Boerewors, punchy Gorgonzola and a hint of chilli. Add a little cranberry sauce for a delicious sweet-and-savoury finish.

Method & Ingredients

Ready to cook margarita pizza base
Cook Boerie's Boerwors. Slice & add to pizza. You don't have to cook all the way since it'll finish cooking in the oven.
Add Gorgonzola
Add chopped up chilli

Stick in the oven. Delicious!

If you have a bit of cranberry sauce or jelly serve with that. Yum!
