Our Biltong is sold medium dry and with some fat (this can vary).
All our Biltong is made by us on site in Old Basing, RG24 7BW.
We make the Biltong the right way. This means we use great meat, we cure it gently, and dry it slowly, without heat. And thanks to John's Dad (thanks Oupa), the spices are spot on.
